Do Careful Work With People Who Care

We're a small, remote-first team that sets up GoHighLevel CRMs, builds the automations around them and keeps client pipelines full. No heroics, no all-nighters: just clear thinking, honest communication and work we're proud to put our name on.

0% Remote. Work from wherever you do your best thinking.

How we work

The Habits Behind the Name

"Verified solutions, confident delivery" shapes how the team works day to day. If these habits sound like yours, you'll fit in quickly.

Verify, then ship

We test what we build against real requirements before it reaches a client. Done means checked, not just committed.

Write it down

Decisions, trade-offs and hand-overs live in documents, not in someone's head. Async by default, meetings by exception.

Sustainable pace

Good estimates and honest scoping mean we rarely need to rush. Evenings and weekends are yours.

Own the outcome

Everyone talks to clients. You'll understand why a feature matters, not just what the ticket says.

Curious about AI, sceptical of hype

We use the newest tools where they earn their place, and we're honest with clients about where they don't.

Feedback in both directions

Code review, design critique and retros are normal here. So is telling the founders when something isn't working.

Where We Need Help

All roles are remote. We hire for judgment and care as much as for tool knowledge, so apply even if you don't tick every box.

You'll own client accounts from audit to launch: pipelines, custom fields, calendars, channels, migrations and the automations that tie them together. You know GoHighLevel deeply and can explain it to people who don't.

What you'll do

  • Run account audits and turn findings into a clear build plan the client signs off.
  • Configure sub-accounts, pipelines, calendars, phone and email channels and snapshots.
  • Migrate data from other CRMs cleanly and verify it with the client.
  • Record short walkthroughs and train client teams at hand-over.

What we look for

  • Two or more years hands-on in GoHighLevel, ideally across several client accounts.
  • Comfort with A2P registration, sending domains and deliverability basics.
  • Clear written communication and patience with non-technical owners.
  • A habit of testing every path before calling something done.
Apply with a CV or LinkedIn profile and two or three accounts you've set up. Apply for this role

You'll design the follow-up that runs while clients sleep: GoHighLevel workflows, multi-channel sequences, AI conversation bots and the integrations that connect everything else. You test every branch before it touches a real lead.

What you'll do

  • Build GHL workflows, nurture sequences and appointment automations from a signed-off flow map.
  • Configure and tune AI conversation bots, with clean hand-off rules to humans.
  • Connect outside tools through Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks, with logging.
  • Document every automation so client teams can see what fires and when.

What we look for

  • Real experience building automations for businesses, in GoHighLevel or a similar CRM.
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks and JSON; scripting is a plus.
  • An eye for how a message reads to a customer, not just whether it fires.
  • Pragmatism about failure handling and edge cases.

You'll design and build the pages that capture leads: funnels, booking pages, lead magnets and full sites in GoHighLevel, plus the email and SMS templates that follow. Conversion matters more than decoration, but craft still counts.

What you'll do

  • Design funnels and landing pages in Figma, then build them in the GoHighLevel page builder.
  • Write and lay out email and SMS templates that match each client's voice.
  • Set up tracking so every page and form reports into the CRM correctly.
  • Run simple A/B tests and iterate on what the numbers show.

What we look for

  • A portfolio of live funnels or landing pages with results you can talk about.
  • Hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel builder or a similar tool.
  • Enough HTML and CSS to fix what the builder can't.
  • Comfort presenting your reasoning to clients.
Send a portfolio link and a note on one decision you'd make differently today. Apply for this role

You'll be the client's main contact from kickoff to monthly review: gathering requirements, keeping projects on schedule, running training sessions and spotting where a client's flow could work harder for them.

What you'll do

  • Run kickoff and discovery calls and document how each client handles leads today.
  • Keep setup projects moving and clients informed, week by week.
  • Deliver training sessions and answer day-to-day questions in plain language.
  • Run monthly reviews and propose the next improvements.

What we look for

  • Experience managing client projects at an agency or SaaS company.
  • Working knowledge of GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM.
  • Organised, warm and clear on calls and in writing.
  • Comfortable saying "not yet" and explaining why.
