FAQ
Straight Answers, Before You Book a Call
The 22 questions we hear most about GoHighLevel setup, automation, pricing and what happens after launch. If yours isn't here, ask us and we'll answer within one working day.
Getting started
No. We can set up a fresh account for you or work inside the one you have. If you're on another CRM, we handle the migration so you don't lose contacts, deals or history.
A typical CRM setup with core automations goes live in two to four weeks. Funnels, memberships and integrations are added in phases after that, so you start getting value early instead of waiting for everything at once.
Yes, and it's one of the most common ways we start. We audit the account live, list what's broken or leaking, and fix it in priority order without disrupting what already works.
Thirty minutes on a video call with your screen shared. We look at how leads reach you today, what happens next, and where they go quiet. You leave with a prioritised list of fixes whether you hire us or not. There is no sales script and no obligation.
Admin access to your GoHighLevel account (or the CRM you're leaving), one person who knows how your sales process really works, and about two hours of their time in the first week. After that we need quick answers and approvals, not meetings.
Yes. Most of our work is for clients in the UK, Europe, North America and the Gulf. The team is spread across three time zones, so there is normally someone online during your working day, and calls can be booked around the clock.
Automation and AI
Not if they're built well. Messages are written in your voice, sequences stop the moment a person replies, and anything sensitive is handed to your team. Customers experience fast, consistent follow-up, not a bot.
The ones that pay back fastest: an instant reply to every new lead, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders with a confirm option, and a follow-up sequence that stops when someone answers. Reporting, nurture and reactivation come once those are solid.
In a limited role, yes. We use AI to answer common questions, qualify and book, working only from information you approve. It hands off to a person whenever it isn't confident, when a customer asks for a human, and for anything about refunds, complaints, pricing exceptions or advice.
Yes. We register your numbers for business texting (A2P 10DLC where it applies), authenticate your sending domain, warm it up and set sensible sending limits, so messages reach the handset and the inbox instead of the spam folder.
Every workflow is tested with real test leads before launch and named so it can be found again. We set up internal alerts for failures, and clients on a retainer get fixes as part of the service. If you're not on a retainer, fixes to our own work in the first 30 days are free.
Usually. We connect accounting, e-signature, job management, practice and store platforms through native integrations, Zapier, Make, n8n or custom webhooks. During the audit we confirm what your specific tools allow before promising anything.
Pricing and process
Setup projects are quoted as a fixed price after a short audit call. Ongoing optimisation and support run as a monthly retainer you can pause any time. GoHighLevel's own subscription is billed to you directly, so there's no markup hidden in our fee.
No. Setup projects end when the work is delivered and handed over. Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice, because we'd rather keep clients by being useful than by paperwork.
Fixed-price projects are usually split into a deposit on signature and the balance at launch, with larger builds split across milestones. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Third-party costs such as SMS usage, phone numbers and ad spend are billed to you by those providers.
It happens. We tell you in writing when a request falls outside the agreed scope, quote it separately, and only start once you've approved it. The original price doesn't move for the original work.
You get a written update every week, even when the news is boring, plus milestones you can see in a shared tracker. You never have to chase us to find out what's happening.
Ownership, data and support
You do. The account, the contacts, the workflows, the pages and the documentation are yours from day one, and you can walk away with everything intact. There is no lock-in of any kind.
Named logins with two-factor authentication, the least access needed for the job, encrypted devices, and access removed the day a project ends. We don't copy client contact data out of your systems except for a migration, and that working copy is deleted once the numbers are reconciled.
Yes. Hand-over includes short recorded walkthroughs, a flow diagram of the whole build and a one-page cheat sheet for daily use. The aim is that your team, or another partner, could pick it up cold.
Every project includes a 30-day warranty on our work. After that most clients move to a monthly retainer covering monitoring, fixes, new automations as your offers change, and a review of response times, bookings and revenue.
Both. For agencies we build reusable snapshots, sub-account structures and white-label onboarding so you can launch clients fast. For end businesses we set up and run the account directly with your team.
No question matches that search. Ask us directly and we'll reply within one working day.
