About

The Team Behind Verified Delivery

We're a small, remote-first team that sets up GoHighLevel the way it should have been set up the first time, then builds the automations and funnels that turn a CRM into a system that fills your calendar. This page is who we are and how we think.

2021 The year the first GoHighLevel account was built for a paying client.
0+ GoHighLevel accounts set up, migrated or rescued since then.
0+ Automations running in production for clients right now.
0 Time zones the team covers, so someone is always awake for your leads.

Why we exist

Most CRMs Fail Quietly. We Started Because of That.

The pattern was always the same. A business would buy GoHighLevel because it promised everything in one place. Someone would spend a weekend clicking through it, import a spreadsheet, build two workflows, and then get pulled back into running the company. Six months later the CRM was a contact list nobody trusted, follow-up still depended on memory, and leads kept quietly disappearing.

VeranticSystems started as a way to fix that properly. Not with another template, but by sitting with a business, mapping how leads really move from first click to paid customer, and building the account to match. Then testing every branch with real test leads before a single customer saw it.

That habit of verifying before launching became the name and the standard. Today we do the same thing for agencies, local service businesses, coaches and sales teams, and we still refuse to call a build finished until we've watched it work.

The name

Verantic: Verified Solutions, Confident Delivery

It isn't a word you'll find in a dictionary. It's two promises joined together, and each one changes how we work day to day.

Verified

Verified Solutions

Nothing goes live on assumption. Before hand-over we run real test leads through every path and channel, check deliverability, and confirm the CRM data matches what the client expects to see.

  • Every automation branch triggered and observed end to end
  • SMS, email and calendar tested from a real customer's point of view
  • Migrated data reconciled against the source before sign-off
  • A written test log you keep, not a verbal "it works"
Confident

Confident Delivery

You should never wonder where a project stands. We scope precisely, price once, update weekly, and hand over documentation your team can actually maintain after we're gone.

  • Fixed-price setup projects with milestones you can see
  • A weekly written update, even when the news is boring
  • Flow diagrams and recorded walkthroughs at hand-over
  • Your account, your data, no lock-in of any kind

How we think

Five Rules We Don't Bend

These come up in almost every project decision. When a shortcut and a rule disagree, the rule wins.

01

Map before you build

Every engagement starts with one diagram of the whole lead-to-customer flow. If we can't draw it, we don't build it yet.

02

The CRM matches the business

Stages, fields and tags use your team's words and your real process. Nobody should have to learn a new vocabulary to update a deal.

03

Automation stops when a human speaks

The moment a lead replies or books, sequences pause. Fast follow-up should never feel like being chased by a robot.

04

Sensitive decisions stay human

Refunds, complaints, pricing exceptions and anything with real risk get a person in the loop, every time.

05

Document as if we're leaving tomorrow

Naming conventions, diagrams and walkthroughs are part of the build. Your team, or another partner, should be able to pick it up cold.

How we got here

A Short History

From one freelancer fixing broken accounts to a team that runs the whole flow.

  1. 2021

    The first rescue

A local clinic's GoHighLevel account, set up by a previous agency, was sending reminders to the wrong patients. Fixing it properly, and documenting why, became the first paid project.

  2. 2022

    Agencies start referring

Two marketing agencies began sending their client set-ups our way. Reusable snapshots and a written onboarding process came out of that year.

  3. 2023

    Automation becomes the core

Speed-to-lead, nurture and no-show recovery turned out to move the numbers most. Automation moved from an add-on to the centre of every engagement.

  4. 2024

    A team, across time zones

Implementation, automation, funnel design and client success became separate roles. Coverage across three time zones meant faster turnarounds for clients.

  5. 2025

    AI joins the flow

Conversation bots that qualify and book, with strict hand-off rules, added to the standard build. Tested the same way as everything else: with real leads, before launch.

  6. Now

    VeranticSystems

The same standard, under one name. Verified solutions, confident delivery, for every business that lives on leads.
